The “Feathers of Love & Light” spiritual sanctuary/church based in the Burnbank Centre has changed hands and opens their doors for the first time, this Wednesday the 9th of January 2019.
The visiting medium is Angela Strang who will start at 7.30pm.
One of the new organisers, Laney Wildman from Blantyre added, “The Centre is run by myself and another lady from Blantyre. It’s been there for 15 years but sadly the lady who run it previously (Chrissie from Blantyre) gave it up in December due to ill health.”
Laney continue, “The centre provides a lot of help for many people. It’s £2 entry and raffles will be on sale (no need to buy them).”
There will be a different medium every week and any money brought in, pays for the hire of the hall and expenses with anything left behind going to Blantyre and Burnbank community. The committee have final say in where funds should be allocated within the community.
