A first for Scotland, the World’s largest commercial passenger aircraft, the A380 comes to Glasgow Airport within the next hour.
Due to touch down before 8pm, the £300million superplane, which has a full length double deck, is the first direct flight for this aircraft from Dubai to Scotland.
Glasgow Airport has spent millions of pounds in engineering work in preparation to receive these flights.
Now, a plane like that, coming into land in Glasgow? Surely we’ll be able to see or hear that over our heads in Blantyre.
