This alert goes out to all SKY Broadband customers in South West Scotland that a significant period of disruption is likely from midnight tonight with potential total loss of service.
Due to essential maintenance customers in South West Scotland will experience an intermittent/complete loss of Fibre, Broadband & Talk services for up to 10 hours on 25/05/2021 between 00:00 to 10:00.
For those who rely on Broadband for other services, be aware this could not just affect connectivity to your laptops, phones and computers, but would also affect secondary devices like Hive Heating, Alexa, some Security Systems, Ring doorbells etc which rely on being connected.
