Residents in Blantyre and surrounding areas have been reporting a series of short power cuts tonight, during early hours of Friday 24 September 2021.
Multiple power outages have tripped house supplies in the Blantyre and parts of Hamilton resulting in house alarms going off in the middle of the night. Frustratingly, its woken people up (including ourselves!). Problems seem to have started around 4am with power off for a few seconds several times in the following hour.
