Her ‘Self Love Club Tattoo‘ business offers a drop in for those feeling low and Chloe aims to promote and improve the mental health of others. She is fully qualified and opening local premises soon.
A family member told us, “Chloe is trying to help everyone , one tattoo at a time. We’re very proud.”
