South Lanarkshire Council are looking for your views on mandatory 20mph speed limit areas at some Blantyre schools. The consultation closes on 31 October 2021.

An Introduction of a 20mph speed limit within the vicinity of these schools is proposed by provision of gateway signage, carriageway markings and coloured road surfacing. Remaining schools in Blantyre already have limits in place.
