Drivers and pedestrians have been amazed at the speed at which the new houses at Coatshill have gone up. This week, a giant crane hoisted the roofs of the first new properties into place further assisting that progress.
The new, privately owned flats and houses pictured are being built on the former site of the Columba Club at the junction of Blantyre Farm Road and Carlowrie Avenue.
