We were saddened to hear that local man Bernie Innes passed away on 20th May.
Bernie was born and raised in Blantyre but in recent years lived in East Kilbride. His family have announced funeral details.
A rosary on Monday, 9th June from 6pm at St Leonard’s RC church in East Kilbride. Then, on 10th June, a 10am mass in St Leonard’s RC Church East Kilbride, then onto South Lanarkshire crematorium.
Then everyone is welcome back to Blantyre Carrigans for refreshments and to share their memories. Our thoughts go out to Bernie’s family and friends at this sad time.
