Here’s something fantastic! Catrina Slavin is on a mission to help people with recovery or anyone struggling with alcohol.
This week, she held her first group meeting where people can come free of charge, get a coffee and chat get some support, meeting like minded people and build new friendships in a safe space. Catrina will be holding these events once a month to start with to see how they take off, but already people are asking when next one is.
Catrina will also be doing a walk and talk group one Sunday, every month to get people out and bit of exercise and a chat. If anyone would like help or see events they can follow her page.
