It’s with sadness, we learned of the passing of local woman, Anne Marie Muir.
Born in 1950, Anne Marie sadly passed on 3rd December 2024, aged 74. The family have now released funeral details.
For those wishing to pay their respects, Anne Marie’s funeral mass will take place on Thursday 19th December, 11am in St Joseph’s RC Church. Anne Marie will be received into church on Wednesday 18th December at 6pm. South Lanarkshire crematorium on 19th at 12 pm then onwards to Blantyre miners for close friends and family. The family have asked for family flowers only.
Anne Marie’s daughter Karen, added, “I’d like to thank my family and friends for their continued support it means a lot.”
