The council have now finished resurfacing part of Main Street with the road at High Blantyre now fully open again.
The carriageway between Broompark Road and Nairn Street was resurfaced full width yesterday, something which was badly needing done, especially around the shops. The street is looking good again, with no potholes and new white and yellow lining is now complete.
