We were delighted to be invited along to Wee Gurkha Curry House soft launch this evening.
This took place at their new premises in High Blantyre at the corner of Main Street and Hunthill Road and the soft launch was ahead of their big launch tomorrow evening.
We were amongst good company with several organisations, community figures, business leaders and some representatives from local churches and schools this evening, and all got to sample the delicious food and enjoy a few refreshments. The whole place was packed out with over 100 covers. Tastefully decorated, with a brand new bar in a new layout, there was little sign of any previous public house.
