Highlights from Blantyre Celtic’s Junior Football Matches

Local sports did well this weekend and adding to those triumphs were the talented ghirls at Blantyre Celtic.

Under 12s

The kids had a brilliant day with the Under 12’s having a difficult first half then coming out in force and finishing strong. Great team performance and some great goals! Girl of the Match went to Ivy, for her saves made when called on at crucial times.

Under 10s

Also a great performance for the 10s today absolutely dominating the game from start to finish! A great football on show and some well worked goals ….the whole team did excellent and constantly talking to each other G.O.T.M goes to Olivia who looked ‘dangerous’ every time she got the ball. Well played kid , also really pleased with Nahia for doing so well in her first game with the team.
