Skills Exchange SCIO Moves to Central Location to Empower South Lanarkshire’s Youth!

Skills Exchange SCIO is on the move – and we’re bringing even greater opportunities for young people in South Lanarkshire! They told us, “Now based at Room 125, 103 Strathmore House, East Kilbride G74 1LF, we are thrilled to be part of EK Collective, a vibrant hub dedicated to fostering local talent.

This exciting move allows us to expand our impact, offering even more support, skills, and qualifications to 16-24-year-olds ready to take control of their futures. Our flagship programs provide essential training, hands-on experience, and recognised qualifications to help young people grow, thrive, and succeed:

🌱 Let’s Grow – In partnership with David Livingstone Birthplace and Darcy’s Equestrian Assisted Learning Centre, this program blends employability skills with personal development, enterprise, horticulture, and environmental work. Young people earn SQA qualifications while gaining practical experience in real-world settings.

💪 Skills for a Stronger Wellbeing – A vital program designed to support mental health and emotional resilience. Participants gain essential life skills while earning an SQA Wellbeing Award, ensuring they’re prepared for both work and life.

🚀 Realising Your Potential – Focused on personal and professional growth, this course helps young people build confidence, develop key employability skills, and gain SQA qualifications in Employability and Steps into Work – all while gaining valuable work experience.

At Skills Exchange SCIO, we’re committed to supporting the youth of today for tomorrow. Our new location strengthens our ability to deliver life-changing programs, ensuring young people have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to forge their own paths.
