Drivers and residents are affected this evening as another major flood on Hillhouse Road cuts off the route towards High Blantyre.
This follows heavy rain – a long-standing and repeatedly reported issue that South Lanarkshire Council has still not resolved. Impassable for most vehicles, residents stuck in their homes, it’s time the Council acted.
