Outage tracker Downdetector logged more than 130,000 reports of problems with broadband, 4G, and 5G connections — leaving many customers offline. The company, which has over 18 million UK users, confirmed it is aware of a “major issue on our network affecting broadband, 4G and 5G services,” and said engineers are working urgently to resolve the problem.
