Hugh and Archie told us, “Our amazing sister ALICE Simm Jackson taken from us June 26, 2022. She gave so much to so many, sorely missed.”
Lena added, “John and Lena Blair, former assistant cook at Blantyre High School, formerly of Glenfruin Road Blantyre. Much loved and missed Mum, Dad, Granny and Granda.”
Michelle said, “My Wee Dad James Doherty (Doonk) past away 16 years ago 2 months after I had his grandson he past away at 47. Miss him Each and every single day hurts still he’s not here to see how great his grandkids here xx”
Pamela said, “My partner and father to my kids James Ferguson, taken far to soon sorely missed and never forgotten”
Jean said, “My Mum an Dad, Margaret an Di Murray, loved an missed so much by there family, forever in our hearts”

It’s really easy. Simply upload a photo of the departed family member or friend you want featured in the comments (Don’t worry we can crop it), their full name and a short sentence about them, e.g who it’s from, why they’re missed etc. That’s it!
THEN, when we have 9 or more people, we’ll update the image and put up a new, respectful tribute post about them, honouring their lasting memory this festive season. We’ll be doing this throughout the Christmas holidays until Hogmanay and will try to include everybody. Place your comment…..
