Police are searching for two masked men following the theft of mobile phones and a MacBook from a retail park in East Kilbride.
Emergency services responded to reports of an incident in Kingsway Retail Park at the top of the EK Expressway around 2:25pm on Sunday.
A man entered a computer store located there, threatened staff, and then fled with another man, taking two mobile phones and an Apple MacBook.
No injuries were reported.
The first suspect is described as black, approximately 6ft tall, with black hair tied back. He was wearing a black Canada Goose jacket over a maroon top, black cargo trousers, black trainers, and a blue face mask.
The second suspect is also described as black, around 6ft tall, with dreadlocks tied back.
He was wearing a black Canada Goose jacket, a green shirt, black cargo trousers, black trainers and a black scarf over the lower part of his face.
Enquiries are ongoing and officers are appealing for anyone with any information to get in touch.
Detective Constable Andrew Sinclair said: “The area was busy at the time and I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident and hasn’t already spoken to police to get in touch.
“I would also ask anyone in the area at the time who may have dash cam footage which could assist to contact us.”
