The Scottish FA has confirmed that national team boss Steve Clarke has signed a new contract extension which will keep him in charge through to the 2030 World Cup campaign.
Clarke has already guided Scotland to back-to-back European Championships and delivered the nation’s first World Cup qualification since 1998, restoring belief and pride to the Tartan Army once again.
The 62-year-old says he is “truly honoured” to continue leading the national side, with stability and long-term progress now firmly in focus ahead of the 2026 World Cup and Euro 2028.
Love him or loathe him, there’s no denying Steve Clarke has overseen one of the most successful periods in modern Scottish football history. ⚽
