The countdown is almost over!
Tomorrow morning, (early hours of Sunday), Scotland kick off their World Cup campaign against Haiti and excitement is building right across Lanarkshire. Here in Blantyre, homes, pubs, businesses and community venues have been proudly decorated with Scottish flags, bunting and football displays as supporters get ready to cheer on Steve Clarke’s men.
For many fans, it’s been a long wait to see Scotland back on the world’s biggest football stage, and hopes are high that the team can get off to the perfect start with a strong performance and three vital points.
