Be aware, the M74 is closed at Raith following a multiple vehicle accident. Emergency services have closed down two lanes of the M74 Motorway.
Emergency services were called out to Junction 5 at the Raith Interchange, at around 8.50am earlier this morning Thursday 31st October 2024. Lanes one and two northbound have been closed due to the collision.
Drivers have been urged to find alternative routes at this time amid delays of up to 30 minutes. Traffic has built on approaches.
Traffic Scotland said: “Two lanes restricted due to a multi-vehicle collision. Road users are advised to approach with caution.”
