A new bus service connecting Glasgow with Hamilton launched today (Monday, 13 January).
The X1 ‘fast’ service, operated by JMB Travel, will run between Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow city centre and Hamilton. The South Lanarkshire route starts at Farm Road in Hillhouse and includes stops at Hamilton Bus Station, High Earnock, Fairhill, Low Waters, and Hamilton town centre before continuing to Cathedral Street in Glasgow.
Announcing the launch on social media, JMB Travel shared:
“And we’re off! The first X1 is on the road and ready for our first new customers.
“We look forward to welcoming you on board.”
