It’s been an icon since the 1970s when driving on the M8 by Glasgow Airport. The older concrete multi-storey carpark has been demolished this week!
Contractors have raised the carpark to the ground. A spokesperson for the airport said, “The end of an era, but we have exciting plans coming soon for anybody visiting, staying over and dropping off at the airport”
