South Lanarkshire Council want your feedback on their draft Public Access Defibrillator Policy. This policy sets out how they make council buildings available for installing life‑saving defibrillators in your community.
Defibrillators can help save lives during cardiac emergencies. Your views will help SLC make sure the policy is clear, fair and works for people across South Lanarkshire.

The consultation is open until Wednesday 23 September 2026.
What happens next
SLC will review your feedback and update the policy. A final version will go to the Executive Committee in November 2026.
