We have incoming reports this afternoon, Tuesday 10th December 2019 of multiple flooded roads in the Blantyre area.
The A725 sliprroad at Sydes Brae at the foot of the hill is entirely flooded, as is the junction at Stoneymeadow Road (despite recent works to alleviate drainage issues). The floods are causing some problems for vehicles with some choosing to turn back.
