This disgusting mess discarded between hedgerows affects us all in South Lanarkshire as costs of waste disposal and clearance soar to clear fly tipping. This may have originated in nearby Jackton, so if you recognise this as yours, make sure you have a quiet word with your contractors! As more and more rural areas are covered by CCTV, this type of crime is more stupid than usual and carries large fines for those doing it. Now called in for clearing.
