Temperatures tomorrow and Wednesday are expected to be considerably above the seasonal average for April.
A warm plume of air is arriving in the UK, pushing temperatures to between 6 and 10 degrees warmer than usual for the time of year. Here in Lanarkshire, temperatures could reach 18 degrees or so, a far cry from the snow we experienced yesterday!
But make the most of it. Its just temporary this week, with much cooler conditions returning on Thursday.
