Plans for a new multi-million-pound Center Parcs resort in the Scottish Borders have been announced. Located 55 miles from Edinburgh, the development will cover 400 of 1,000 acres owned by the Buccleuch Group and create up to 800 construction jobs and 1,200 permanent jobs, with an investment of £350-400 million.
