Two South Lanarkshire teams, Blantyre LIFE and David Walker Gardens Care Home, have been recognized as finalists in Scotland’s Health Awards. Blantyre LIFE is noted for enhancing integrated care and supporting over 200 individuals, while David Walker Gardens has improved mental health care through innovative communication technology.
