Officers in Glasgow are seeking public assistance to locate 12-year-old Serina Solberg, reported missing since July 10. Last seen on July 9 near the Kingsway flats, she is 4ft 11ins tall, with medium build, long brown hair with blue tips, and was last wearing a black cardigan and leggings. Concerns for her welfare are increasing.
