A yellow thunderstorm warning is in place for today, Sunday, 30th April beginning at midday and lasting until early tonight. According to the Met Office “heavy rain” will spread from the south of the country bringing rain, hail and thunder to Central Scotland. Maybe an afternoon to be indoors?!
