Residents in Blantyre and Hamilton are experiencing a Virgin Media service outage affecting broadband, voice, and TV. An engineer has been dispatched to address the issue, with an estimated repair time set for January 27, 2025, at 09:00. The Virgin Media Team is actively working on the resolution.
Bad news for some part of the G72 postcode as Virgin Broadband is currently down. Virgin are aware of the issue, but unfortunately looks like it may not be fixed until 3am, according to their status service. Hopefully it will be restored quicker.
We’ve been getting a few messages this afternoon and this evening from people in the Blantyre area saying their Virgin Media has been intermittent. Users are reporting problems related to: internet, wi-fi and e-mail. Just to let everybody know.
