Blantyre boy John Paul Doyle has come up with a novel idea for fundraising for Saint Andrew’s Hospice. With his assistance and from his own idea, a group of high school students and teachers from Saint John Ogilvie High School are participating in a 12 hour game of football to raise money in aid of the Hospice.
John is a student of the high school and with help from family and friends, his idea has now become a reality.
The game takes place on the 10th of April 2016 in the Hamilton Palace Grounds and the boys would love as much support as possible by sharing the fundraising page to raise as much awareness as possible for the cause.
Blantyre Telegraph tonight adds £20 to their funds and wishes Paul and the teachers and students, the very best of luck!
