Exclusive: Incredible Hospice Donation

13275165_1233980779967225_1436717143_oToday, Friday 20th May 2016, local Blantyre boy John Paul Doyle and a few of his friends payed a visit to St Andrews Hospice and presented a cheque with a staggering amount of money amounting to over £2,503.25.

The local boys from St John Ogilvie High School recently took part in a 12 hour football match organised by John Paul. The match took place on the 10th of April at Hamilton Palace Grounds and the final score was 133-68!!

Speaking exclusively to Blantyre Telegraph, John Paul said, “I would like to thank all the players and volunteers who took part, along with local parishioners of St Joesph’s Church and everyone who donated money to the Hospice.”
