Blantyre teenager, Miss Victoria McMahan is making headlines, once again putting Blantyre back on the map.
The talented youth is an accomplished ice skater and last Sunday and Monday, was competing in the Murrayfield Open.
Victoria, who was a nominee in this years Blantyre Oscars, absolutely smashed it and won first in both her competitions!
On Sunday 6th May 2018 she competed in the Ladies Junior short programme where she scored a new personal best. On Monday 7th May, she competed in the Ladies Junior long programme and finished first!
Dad, Jim told us, “She was trying out a new more difficult programme and so wasn’t expecting to win but she nailed it. We’re all very proud!“
Well done Victoria. First Class!!
