Plastics & Recycling Workshop

A local workshop is being held to highlight ways to reduce single use plastics and encourage recycling.

Miriam Adcock of Zero Waste Scotland is coming to the TACT Hall this Wednesday evening 06 March 2019, at 7pm to talk about the practical steps people can take to reduce the amount of single use plastics that are used in our community.

Places must be booked as spaces are limited. If you would like to go along, please contact Blantyre Community Council. You can follow their Facebook page here:

This workshop is one of three events the Community Council are hosting this month, as part of ‘The Big Declutter’, encouraging the people in our Town to think about reuse and recycling.
