Strachan Craft Butchers were delighted this week to pick up the fantastic ‘Scottish Butcher of the Year‘ award at the Scottish Independent Retail Awards in Glasgow.
The Glasgow Road based butchers attended the prestigious event at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow, on Tuesday 9th April 2019.
This award acknowledges the contributions of the country’s independent retails to the overall economy. They also recognise the business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit of individuals that own smaller chains, whose work is often overshadowed in the bigger landscape.
