Residents have brought to our attention, the amount of broken glass bottles that are littered all over the Priory Playing fields, on the opposite side of the Railway from Coatshill.
Broken bottles have caused a significant hazard for pets and people alike, a concern given the amount of dog walkers who use these fields, not to mention children playing.
Local ladies have tried to clear it up as best as they could, lifting the larger pieces into bags. We have now reported it to the council and await their response.
