Local funeral director, Charlie Grant of Joseph Potts Funeral Directors, Blantyre, is running their annual Macmillans Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning.
It takes place on Friday 27 September 2019 at 10am-1pm from their office on 259 Glasgow Road, Blantyre.
This annual charitable event has been a great success in previous years and are they’re hopeful that this year will be an even bigger success.
Currently they are looking for any donations towards raffle prizes and they will be selling raffles and home baking, which would also be appreciated.
Charlie Grant told Blantyre Telegraph, “This is for a great cause which will be close to so many hearts and we hope to raise as much as possible to donate to this charity to help them continue the great work they do. Any donations large or small would go a long way in helping and would be much appreciated by all. We hope to see as many of the local faces come along to the coffee morning and have a taste of the home baking as we aim to raise as much as possible for the Macmillan charity.”
