An alert goes out to be mindful that your doors and windows are locked following at attempted break in last night at 4am, in the early hours of Monday 25th November 2019.
A house was targeted at the bottom of Holmswood Avenue, Blantyre. Although they didn’t get in, it did give the householder a fright.
Thankfully, this type of incident has been less frequent than previous years, (certainly in the volume of messages we receive). If your door handles are ever tried, waking you up, you should always report it to police in the first instance.
