We have reports today of a man going around doors with no ID or business signage on vehicles, asking if gutters need cleaned or odd jobs need done. The man is described as driving an old white van.
May be legit enough but at this time of year, its worth a reminder to look out for neighbours and to never hand over any cash in advance, and wait until the job is done and you’re completely satisfied.
