What a brilliant day the kids and youth workers had at Hyper Cyber today.
Celebrating Valentine’s Day in style, the youth workers and children held a wonderful event to officially launch their renovated youth centre on Main Street, High Blantyre.
The place looks absolutely fantastic and the kids had a wonderful time at their project today, even more so as it was accompanied with a brilliant buffet and loads to do. There was quite a guest list too with members of the community visiting to see the results. Amongst them local MP, Margaret Ferrier, our Blantyre Councillors and various representatives from local schools, organisations and businesses.
We were also invited along and congratulated Ginem and Michelle from the Regen team on such a great success. We were impressed to see the renovation extend to the kitchen and bathroom, a complete fabulous overhaul!
Over 40 delighted children are now excited about what Hyper Cyber holds for the future.
Well done to everybody involved and especially all the dedicated youth workers at Regen Youth Trust who put a smile on these kids faces every day.
