Community Led Support for Blantyre – Worth bookmarking if you haven’t already. There’s so much support available on this group on all aspects on how Coronavirus has impacted our lives during this crisis. From working from home, keeping people occupied, wellbeing, opening hours of local shops, links to medical, government and local authority websites, breaking news from government, this community led support group is a vital service during these difficult times.
Things are so fluid, being updated hourly. Over 1,400 people have joined and are following posts. With thanks to all the community representatives who have so far volunteered their services as moderators, and to dozens of organisations in Blantyre leading this amazing endeavour! A special thanks also to Sharon McCafferty for her absolute dedication and answering so many queries.
