Blantyre Man 3D Printing Visors

Here’s a great story to get the day off to a great start!

A Blantyre man is using his 3d Printer to make visors for care workers! John Queen has been 3D printing visors for NHS staff and care homes and hopes this message will get the word out to carers.

John can supply visors free of charge, though he does have a ‘go fund me’ page to help to buy more material to print more visors. If anyone needs them, they are free to get in contact with John in the comments below or contact him directly on: https://www.facebook.com/john.queen.144

He is also looking to source A4 laminate pouches if anyone has spare to help make the screens. He’s been printing a load for Victoria Care Home and delivered a load to the Health Centre and some local shops yesterday. Even the Funeral Directors are in need of these.

Well done John! This is such an admirable thing to do.
