Today, 6th June is the Anniversary of the D-Day WW2 landings, the invasion of Normandy, which gave allies an important foothold on mainland Europe.
During the fight against oppression and tyranny, many lives were lost. The sacrifice all those soldiers made that day in particular, helped give us the freedom we have today.
Join us this morning by stopping for a moment at 11am to reflect on the efforts of all soldiers. We are forever grateful.
