Yesterday and today were the final days of school terms in Lanarkshire.
An unusual term to say the least, with many of kids not in school for 3 months and some unable to enjoy that final farewell to their classmates. For some kids it was also an end of Primary School.
7 weeks of holidays are ahead. Here’s hoping all the kids are able to enjoy themselves, have a bit more freedom than they’ve had in recent weeks and perhaps still find some time to keep up their learning.
Schools go back on Wednesday 12th August and all being well, it’s intended they will go back full time without social distancing.
