This disgusting mess has appeared at Milheugh Bridge at the Calder, Blantyre.
The lowlifes tipped cardboard and packaging in front of the pedestrian access gate sometime yesterday (Friday into Saturday). Frustratingly, the mess looks like the kind of things that could easily have been taken to the nearby council tip, even in a car.
Not just messing up the environment and costing us all more in escalating council tax for these type of cleanups, but the sheer height of laziness. Some people are so selfish, devoid of any morals.
