NHS Lanarkshire’s test and protect team have been carrying out contact tracing today, following news that an individual at Auchinraith Primary School tested positive for Covid.
The individual is currently self isolating at home. A review carried out suggests there is no evidence that transmission took place in the Blantyre school.
The risk to the wider community is low and the school remains open.
