A large pothole has opened up in Kerr Street, in the Village, Blantyre.
The sinkhole appears to have a void below and represents a danger to pedestrians. Please avoid if possible.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. We reported back in February 2020 when a similar sizeable hole opened up, appearing to have fines below washed away. The hole has been reported to the council, though Kerr Street is one a few streets left in Blantyre not yet adopted by SLC.
