Today’s government briefing in Scotland has announced changes for children going back to School in the New Year.
A phased return to school will be imposed, designed to assist the spread of Covid. Children will now return to schooling almost a week later from 11th January, but not to actual schools. Instead, for a week only they will be taught online from home, something only predicted to last until 18th January. A return to school on 18th January would then take effect.
The children of key workers however, will be able to return from 5th January.
Have your say. Was this the right call?
